Slow down and soak in the spring.
Experience Bachechi Open Space this spring with “nature bathing,” an evidence-based mindfulness exercise that reduces stress and promotes mental health and well-being.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the New Mexico spring surroundings as we wander. You will be guided through an experience that engages all of your senses during this time in nature.
We invite you to give yourself the opportunity to slow down, connect with the natural world, and recharge your spirit.
What to Bring
Please wear or bring comfortable layers of clothing—whatever New Mexico’s spring weather brings, we’ll be ready to meet it with ease.
What to Expect on a Walk
A forest or nature therapy walk is not a hike. It’s a slow, gentle experience that invites you to be fully present in nature.
Through simple guided exercises, you'll slow down, awaken your senses, and connect with the natural world in a grounding, restorative way.
